Foot Care
Just made two foot spas for my display cabinet and they are to die for. Lemon and Lemongrass are by far my favourite foot products. After a long winter with your feet always covered , its time to get them sandal ready. Lets start by putting a tablespoon of the delicious soak into a bucket of water as hot as you can handle. Keep both feet in the bucket for about ten minutes. Dry off and then take a hand full of scrub. Rub in a circular motion. Use it especially over the hardened areas such as heels and big toes. Do this for about three minutes. You can now rinse off the scrub in warm water. You don't need to use soap as the scrub has natural oils that are good for your feet, so don't get rid of it. Lastly, rub in some of the rich cream. You can put socks on if you like to help your feet absorb all the goodness, but its not necessary.
How much easier can it be!
